Labor Day Weekend, pretty much closes out the summer. That is if you live in the Northeast.

Last weekend, instead of going to the Hamptons, we went to Fire Island. It was a nice change. Shorter ride, door to door and equally as much fun. The only difference, on Fire Island, no one knows labels, cares about labels and/or wants to hear about labels. You can wear whatever you want.

We were so busy, I only had chance to get in one look and that was right before we hopped on the ferry to head home.

Cheers to a fun summer!

When I purchased this maxi online, I was prepared to do some alterations once it arrived. To my surprise, the fit & length was perfect. A $29. dress, who knew….

As stated in my last post (two weeks ago), sometimes the customized way, is the only way. Wearing a bandeau bikini top with a 34D (all natural) chest doesn’t really work. I made new straps for some much needed support and it kind of worked. I wasn’t really happy with it once I had it on but I wanted to show you guys the end product.
Instead of spending over $400 on the Eugenie Kim, “Do Not Disturb” Floppy Straw Hat, I designed my own. To see my inspiration, Click Here.
